This was a Viral Ad of [LG’Gram] for North America(2017). It is a collaboration promotion with Malaysian coffee artist Dudu de Doodle, which is filmed using coffee beans and trick art.
The director said "I want the short-focus lens is used a lot throughout the video and that the close-up shots are also shot using wide-angle lens." I knew the meaning of that. Use of a short focus lens means that want to capture the image vividly by narrowing the distance between the subject and the camera.
I agreed with the director. Because I thought the sequence should be presented lively and energetic when Dudu Dole make his work using coffee, and the space he working on. I usually used the 25mm lens of the Leica Summicron-C lens the most. Diopter filters were also used if the shortest focal length of the lens was insufficient.

In the late afternoon, the color temperature of the sunlight will be about 3500-4200K. So Gaffer and I thought of using the Fresnel tungsten light as the Sunlight setting, but there was not enough light. So we attached a CTO Full filter to the HMI 18K and then rig it on the lighting crane. The filming location is an open studio, not a built-in studio, and the skylights with the color temperature between 7,500 and 8,000K guaranteeing a bright enough ambient light during the day. So we were able to create a satisfactory atmosphere with just the 18K HMI with the CTO Full attached, and we only had to light up a little for space and subjects. However, the shooting time was delayed than we thought, and I tried very hard to maintain the lighting as the sunlight and skylight began to disappear. Arri Skypanel was used to supplement the ambient lighting similar to the color temperature of the perforation light.
Although that was not perfectly matched with the one filmed during the day, it was able to complement as the color correction
